Biography

Dr Sanele Gumede is an Economics lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal at School of Accounting, Economics and Finance. He holds a PhD. His research interests are in Maritime Transport Economics, Regulatory Economics, Infrastructure Pricing, Industrial Structure and Regulation.
