Biography

Dr Jessica Goebel is a senior lecturer in Economics in the School of Accounting, Economic and Finance. She holds a MCom (Economics) and PhD (Higher Education). Her teaching focus is on microeconomics and environmental economics, and her postgraduate supervision centres on economic analysis of natural resource- and development-related issues in a Southern African context. Jessica’s current research is focused on teaching, learning and curriculum in Economics higher education.
