Dr Tamlyn McKenzie is an economics lecturer. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Economics), a Master of Commerce (Economics) and a PhD (Economics) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Her academic portfolio includes both teaching and research and sheI am is proficient in quantitative data analysis, specifically household survey data. Dr Tamlyn McKenzie’s research interests include disability, health, education and the labour market. She is particularly interested in the evaluation of existing policy in these areas and bridging the gap between policy and implementation.
