I am a female academic from Nigeria. I graduated from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria with a PhD in Educational Management in 2010, with a focus in Economics of Education. I held postdoctoral research fellowship and lecturing positions from 2014 to 2018 at the
university of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), South Africa, where I currently hold the honorary research fellow position. Presently, I hold the position of a senior lecturer at the department of arts and social science education, Lead City University in Ibadan, Nigeria. My areas of expertise include educational planning and policy and economics of education, and my areas of research interest are skills mismatch and employability of university graduates. I have presented my research at both national and international conferences, and as of today, I have received a total of 516 citations, a significant increase from 2013
